Practical information

Supervision: by a state-certified canyoning instructor
Participants per instructor: 10 people maximum
Age: from 12 years old
Level: this canyon is very suitable for beginners but requires good physical fitness from participants. It is not recommended for people too sensitive to heights.
Season: mid-April to end of June
Total activity duration: approximately 7 hours
Approach hike: 5 minutes
Maximum rappel height: 25 m
The return is by boat via the sea when weather permits

We ask participants to be in good physical shape, to be able to swim and to have no health problems.
We remind you that canyoning is a whitewater sport that takes place in a specific natural environment and that accident risk remains present despite instructor supervision.

Road access
from Ajaccio: 1 hour 20 minutes
from Porticcio: 1 hour 30 minutes
from Porto: 15 minutes

Meeting point
From Ajaccio, pass Piana and 50 m after the stadium junction, the meeting point is on the side of the road on the left. Do not enter the Calanche.
From Porto, at the exit of the Calanche, just after the mill and small bridge, the meeting point is on the side of the road on the right. Do not go to Piana
